On March 9th we reported JaRule was headed to jail for a possible two year sentence stemming from gun charges in NYC. Today its being reported he may be facing more time for unrelated charges. The former rap superstar has been charged with with Tax Evasion for failure to pay taxes on 3 million dollars in income earned between 2004 and 2008. As part of a plea deal, the original 3 charges of tax evasion will be reduced to 1 count and he faces up to 3 years in jail.
First Wesley Snipes now JaRule. I'm a need these entertainers to pay Uncle Sam, because going to jail for not paying taxes is not cute.
