For today's edition of Fashion Fix's 'Who Swagged It Best' we have actress/singers Jennifer Lopez and Hilary Duff. Both singers rocked a RM by Roland Mouret dress at events recently. The American Idol Judge rocked her dress with silver bangles, hoop earrings and blue and black heels. Hilary Duff kept it simple and rocked her dress with a pair of tan heels.
