Short and beefy, just like they like em in the penitentiary
Former hit-maker Ja Rule pleaded guilty to gun possession charges in NY and a judge set June 8th for his sentencing date according to The Associated Press. He is expected to serve 2 years as part of his plea deal. Not a good deal considering he's been fighting these charges since 2007. That's what? 4 years of court and lawyer fee's. NYC was playing hard ball and was not letting him off easy, even with a plea deal.

His lawyer said he'll spend his time before hitting the big house working on his new sure-to-flop album and taking care of...........tax matters?......... I want to say something but I'm not. But on a serious note, WTFix is up with rappers and prison? Lil Wayne get out, then T.I. go in, now Young Buck (as we reported yesterday) and Ja Rule are right behind him. SMH. Yall are too rich to be so dumb. Get someone on security that can legally carry a gun, and just let security hand you the gun if you ever need to use it. Could be pricey to have security, but not nearly as pricey as paying a lawyer for 4 years and he fails to keep you out of jail.
