Katy Perry was spotted leaving the Lowry Hotel in Manchester, UK today (March 22nd). Katy is in the UK for the European leg of her sold out California Dreams Tour. We just love her with this Marry Poppins look and 70's cat eye classes. Just one more week till Katy and Kanye West drop the video for there smash hit 'E.T.'
