Country superstar and American Idol winner Carrie Underwood attended the premiere of Soul Surfer held at the ArcLight Cinerama Dome on Wednesday (March 30) in Hollywood. Also in attendance was actress/singer Hilary Duff. Carrie's dress would have been flawless without that hideous flower thing attached to the side. Why is it there?
And Hilary Diff....we just dont understand why she insists on dressing like a glammed up soccer mom. She's only 23 and time after time she makes fashion choices that suggests she's pushing 40.

umm a mini skirt/sleeveless blouse IS a mom-ish outfit/in 40's, what's 20's? LOL all my friends dress like this on a fun night out. .. It first looked like a dress but I like it as skirt/blouse. Maybe the top could have showed some cleavage but I like that there is actually a classy starlet who doesn't need that. Agree about Carrie's dress I wish she wore more color, she looves pale/skin tone colors which aren't the most attractive on her. I think both starlets' hair was on point!
