As we reported this Monday, a sex tape featuring Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster is currently being shopped around to the highest bidder. This rumor became fact once Tameka Foster acknowledged the tape existed on her twitter account. Well now TMZ.com has gotten hold of new documentation from Vivid Entertainment, the company responsible for the distribution Kim Kardashian's sex tape with Ray J.
Looks like Vivid Entertainment is trying to get Usher to fork over some cash to prevent them from releasing the sex tape. But in the letter Vivid makes it appear like they are just trying to do Usher a favor. We wanna see what Usher is working with now that we've gotten a peek at Chris Brown and Kanye West.
