This is getting crazier by the minute. TMZ got a hold of audio from the ABC studios today. ABC staff called the police on Chris Brown which means its highly possible a report will be filed and charges can be brought against Chris!
If Chris did indeed smash the window, it constitutes at least 2 crimes -- vandalism and assault on the passersby below. As a result, the judge in the Rihanna battery case could revoke Chris' probation and, worst case scenario, he could end up in prison.
This is why people, especially entertainers and public figures have to THINK before they ACT. SMH! NOT a good album release day for Breezy.
