Pop-Rap duo New Boyz are back with a new video for the song 'Better With The Lights Off' featuring Chris Brown. The song is from there sophomore album Too Cool To Care which is in stores now. I'm not really sure what's worst, the song or the video. And I'm wondering; exactly how many videos did Breezy film while his hair was dyed blonde for like 3 weeks?
