Jay-Z and Beyonce have been in Paris for a few days now on what appears to eb some R&R just before Beyonce launches her new album. While leaving a restaurant on yesterday (April 20th) Jigga seemed to be a little excited down below. Maybe I'm tripping, but you take a look...what do you think?
