Perhaps because of Jennifer Lopez's great reviews as a judge on American Idol, the star might be taking her role to the next level. J. Lo is looking to start her own reality show with hubby Marc Anthony and producer Simon Fuller. The show, titled Que Viva, would follow hosts Jennifer and Marc as they travel around Latin America to find undiscovered talent. While this show is still in the development stages, sources say that Lopez might also sign on for another season of American Idol.
