Estelle suffers from romantic woes on “Break My Heart” featuring Rick Ross, the first single from her third album All of Me. “All these stars out and these people know my name/ I can be so pretentious, but he likes me all the same/ And these lights are glowing, but he don’t want none/ He’d rather chill and hold me, maybe he could be the one,” she ponders.
*SIGH* I mean, is she even trying to sell any albums? No, I don't think she should go all commercial and not be true to herself. But this is a big-fat-fail. I'm sure some will love it, but half of those 'some' are not going to buy her album. We are in a time where music has to POP, and this track is not poppin'. Rick Ross does very little to help the track and could have easily been left off.
