In this edition of Who Swagged It Best? I've pitted former music super-star Brandy against Disney star Jennifer Stone. Both starlets rocked a grey/black and blue shimmery Karen Zambos mini dress. Jennifer swagged her dress with a black clutch and black peep toe heels. Brandy swagged hers with matching shimmery booties and sparkly earrings. So, the question is, Who Swagged It Best? VOTE NOW!
It fits Brandy a lot better. Karen Zambos clothing always looks better on thinner women.
